Accepted refunds
If your refund request is accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return and Refund Policy
We uphold a no return policy where returns, exchanges, or refunds for products bought from our website are only accommodated if it is deemed defective by us. All products go through a quality check before shipped out. It's crucial to thoroughly examine product details before committing to a purchase. Each case is evaluated individually, and we mat suitable resolutions, such as product repair or replacement, as necessary. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages seized by customs if insurance is not purchased. Purchasing insurance is highly recommended to protect your order from such occurrences.
After placing an order customer can request changes and cancellations up to 24 hours after placing the order. Once the factory has received payment for the item(s) and has shipped the label it to our office we cannot make further changes due to items not being allowed to be returned to the factory as the overseas shipping prices are expensive.
Damages and issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us if you have any issues. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. (Please note that certain items are purposely ripped, teared, worn out and/or other distressing methods)
